We require to select talents without regarding their relationships with the Company, people with relative relationship are not allowed to engage in the same work; in administrative sequence, relatives of employees above Grade IV are not allowed to work in the Company.


About manpower development

We consider each employee as our partner, and seek common development which shall never abandon them. We encourage various studies and growths. We value not only skill training, but also the cultivation of basic moral qualities of staff.
